Consumer applicability: Ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht besteht für Verbraucher nur bei entgeltlichen Verträgen über digitale Inhalte oder Dienstleistungen. Da der Dienst derzeit ausschließlich kostenfrei ist, entsteht kein Widerrufsrecht; das kostenlose Konto kann jederzeit in den Einstellungen gelöscht werden.

For digital services, withdrawal rights may expire upon immediate full performance under applicable legal conditions.

Immediate Performance of Digital Services

Before paid digital services, a separate consent for immediate execution is collected. This consent is transaction-specific and is documented as evidence after confirmed payment.

Without valid transaction-specific consent evidence, digital fulfillment is not automatically released.

How to Submit a Withdrawal/Cancellation Request

Der Widerruf kann formfrei erklärt werden, insbesondere per E-Mail an contact@kirla-webservices.com oder per Brief an die im Abschnitt Widerrufsrecht genannte Anschrift; das Muster-Widerrufsformular genügt, ist aber nicht vorgeschrieben. Die Kündigung eines Kontos oder Abonnements ist kein Widerruf; umgekehrt lässt ein Widerruf das Recht zur Kündigung unberührt. Kündigungen können über die Kontoeinstellungen oder per E-Mail an support@kirla-webservices.com erklärt werden.
